Do you take custom orders?
Please contact us with your custom order request and we will determine if it's something we can do.
Custom orders may be subject to an additional fee or minimum spend.
I purchased from your Etsy shop but noticed prices are less on your website
Unfortunately our prices are higher on our Etsy shop ( www.etsy.com/shop/screechowlsupply ) to account for Seller fees and marketing.
Telling potential buyers on Etsy to visit our website where the products are less expensive is 'fee avoidance' and violates Etsy's seller policies
Do you have a storefront?
We operate out of a workshop on our own property and are not open to the public. Occasionally we can be found at markets.
Shipping & Handling
What is your handling time?
Orders usually take 3-5 business days to fulfill. Large orders or ones that require a lot of customization may be subject to longer handling time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We don't typically ship with Canada Post/USPS.
If couriers such as UPS do not deliver to your location please contact us before placing your order
How long is delivery?
Once shipped delivery takes usually 1-2 business days within Ontario and 2-6 business days to other locations.
Delivery time may be longer during peak shipping months such as December
Who pays Duty?
Duty is not calculated during checkout and is the responsibility of the customer
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Items that are not personalized may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the cost of shipping provided that they are not used or damaged in any way and include all of the original components.
Who pays return postage?
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged please let us know by email at screechowlsupply@gmail.com and include photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box.
